App Features

The conference app will be your go-to place for up-to-date program information, managing your schedule, and connecting with attendees. EERI recommends you create an app account to access all features. Create an account by clicking the icon in the upper right corner. Having an account allows you to use the “Connect” feature. This allows you to be visible in the attendee list and connect and chat with others. Note: this account is a unique Guidebook app account. It is not your EERI account.

For more detailed download instructions and information on various app features, view the App Download Guide.

Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt

EERI is hosting a scavenger hunt for all 13NCEE and SDC participants in the Exhibit Hall with a prize raffle for all who complete it!

Here’s how it works: Attendees will download the EERI Events App using the information above. Starting Tuesday, July 14, attendees can find and use the QR code scanner in the app to scan QR codes placed throughout the exhibit hall and booths. The exhibit hall is located in Exhibit Hall D on level one of the Oregon Convention Center. Some codes may be hidden from sight, so try to talk to different booths throughout the hall to find all the codes!

When a QR code is scanned, a group of company names will be revealed, meaning that you have completed that part of the phrase and are not required to visit other booths of the same group. Once all 14 QR codes are scanned, the full phrase will be revealed, leading you to a final form that submits your completed Scavenger Hunt card for a raffle! You can check your progress anytime in the app in the side menu under “QR Scavenger Hunt”.

Prizes include three $100 Amazon Gift Cards for SDC participants and three $100 Amazon Gift Cards for 13NCEE participants. The game period ends on Wednesday, July 15 at 7:00 PM for SDC participants and Thursday, July 16 at 3:00 PM for 13NCEE participants.
