For 13NCEE and 2026 SDC participants traveling from outside the United States, EERI is happy to provide an event invitation letter to assist with the visa application process. To request an official invitation letter, please submit the 13NCEE and 2026 SDC Visa Letter Request Form. Letters will be sent in the order in which requests are received. Each individual should submit the form independently; do not submit it as a group or team. Please review the requirements below before submitting.
Requirements
Before submitting your request, please make sure you are:
- An active EERI member for 2026
- Registered and paid to attend the 13NCEE or 2026 SDC
- A member of a team that has been formally invited to participate in the competition (SDC Only)
Please note: An invitation letter will only be provided to team supporters who have an essential role for the team, such as advisors.
