- You must have a 2026 EERI membership to qualify for the member rates.
- The regular membership rate is for regular, honorary, lifetime, and subscribing members.
- SSA Affiliate Members of EERI do not qualify for member rates, but can contact eeri@eeri.org if they wish to upgrade to a full EERI membership for 2026 to then receive the discounted registration rate.
- People eligible for the government rates work in federal, state, province, city, or county government.
- Exhibit hall pass only available to those managing their organization’s exhibit booth. The pass provides access to the conference exhibit hall and lunch, but not to the conference sessions.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are received in writing on or before February 28, 2026, a refund will be provided minus a $50 processing fee; if they are received between March 1 and May 31, 2026, 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refunds will be provided after May 31, 2026. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis for certain circumstances, including not receiving a visa to travel to the U.S.
