Visa Invitation Letters
For 13NCEE and 2026 SDC participants traveling from outside the United States, EERI is happy to provide an event invitation letter to assist with the visa application process. Later this fall, EERI will be opening a request form that can be filled out by those who need an invitation letter. All who request a letter are required to register for their specific event before completing the request form.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are received in writing on or before February 28, 2026, a refund will be provided minus a $50 processing fee; if they are received between March 1 and May 31, 2026, 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refunds will be provided after May 31, 2026. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis for certain circumstances, including not receiving a visa to travel to the U.S.
